Commitment Against CSEC
ILLA KUNTUR TRAVEL & WELLNESS rejects the sexual exploitation of children and adolescents (CSEC).
The Ministry of Foreign Trade and Tourism (MINCETUR) actively works to eradicate the Sexual Exploitation of Children and Adolescents (CSEC) in the tourism sector in Peru.
This form of violence is a serious violation of the rights of children and adolescents, and unfortunately, it is often tolerated or overlooked in society.
At ILLA KUNTUR TRAVEL & WELLNESS, we are firmly committed to fighting this issue and support the Code of Conduct for the Protection of Children and Adolescents from CSEC.

Legal Basis
We comply with and promote strict adherence to the current laws that penalize these crimes:
- Law No. 29403 – General Law of Tourism, and its regulations approved by Supreme Decree No. 003-2010-MINCETUR.
- Law No. 30963, which amends the Penal Code to punish sexual exploitation crimes more severely, especially when they affect minors and women.
- Law No. 30802, which establishes measures for the safe entry of children and adolescents into lodging establishments, protecting their integrity.
