Visit Chinchero, Moray, Maras, the Salt Mines, and Ollantaytambo. In the afternoon, Skylodge experience: ascent via via ferrata, dinner, and overnight stay in hanging capsules overlooking the Sacred Valley.
Sky Lodge / Ollantaytambo / Aguas Calientes
Descent from the Skylodge (via ferrata or zip-line). Transfer to the station and panoramic train ride to Aguas Calientes for an overnight stay prior to the visit to Machu Picchu.
Aguas Calientes / Machu Picchu / Huayna Picchu / Ollantaytambo / Cusco
Bus to Machu Picchu and guided tour of the citadel. Hike to Huayna Picchu for panoramic views. In the afternoon, return train to Ollantaytambo and transfer to Cusco.
Cusco / Cusipata / Rainbow Mountain / Cusipata / Cusco
Early departure to Cusipata, breakfast. Hike to the Rainbow Mountain (Vinicunca) viewpoint. Return to Cusipata for buffet lunch and drive back to Cusco in the afternoon.

At the coordinated time, transfer from the hotel to the Cusco airport for your return flight to Lima.
TRAVEL ITINERARY
DAY 01: AIRPORT / WALKING TOUR / CRISTO BLANCO / SAN BLAS VIEWPOINT / 7 BORREGUITOS / 12 CORNERS STONE
- Upon arrival in Cusco, you will be greeted with a warm welcome and transferred to your hotel to settle in comfortably. In the afternoon, we will begin a walking tour of the city, starting with a panoramic view from Cristo Blanco, located at the top of Pukamuqo.
- From this viewpoint, we will descend to the traditional neighborhood of San Blas, known for its bohemian charm and artisan workshops.
- We will stroll through iconic streets such as 7 Borreguitos, the San Blas viewpoint, and the famous Hatun Rumiyoc, home to the iconic 12-Angle Stone, an outstanding example of Inca architectural knowledge. After an enriching afternoon, you will return to your hotel to rest.

DAY 02: CUSCO / CHINCHERO / MORAY / SALINERAS / SKY LODGE
- After breakfast, we pick you up from your hotel and head to Chinchero, a traditional Andean town known for its textiles and beautiful scenery.
- We then visit Maras and its traditional streets, continuing to the Salt Mines, with more than 3,000 salt pools.
- Next, we visit the archaeological site of Moray and its circular terraces.
- Afterwards, we go to Urubamba for a buffet lunch.
- We continue with a visit to the Ollantaytambo fortress.
- At the end, transfer to Pachar to enjoy the Skylodge Adventure Suites, the famous hanging hotel.
- After a safety briefing, you will climb the via ferrata to your transparent capsule, where you will enjoy a special dinner and a night with panoramic views of the Sacred Valley.

DAY 03: SKY LODGE / PISAC / OLLANTAYTAMBO / AGUAS CALIENTES
- Breakfast at the Skylodge Adventure Suites.
- You will wake up to a unique view of the Sacred Valley from your hanging capsule. After breakfast, you can choose how to descend the mountain: either by taking the thrilling zip-line, flying over the valley, or via the via ferrata, enjoying every step of the descent.
- Afterward, we will head to the train station to board the panoramic train to Aguas Calientes.
- Upon your arrival in Aguas Calientes, our team will welcome you at the station, transfer you to your hotel, and assist with the check-in. Later, your guide will visit you to provide information and coordinate the details of the highly anticipated visit to Machu Picchu the next day.

DAY 04: AGUAS CALIENTES / MACHU PICCHU / HUAYNA PICCHU / OLLANTAYTAMBO / CUSCO
- After a good breakfast, our guide will transfer you to board the bus that will take you to the entrance of the Machu Picchu Sanctuary. During a guided tour, you will explore the main temples, plazas, and terraces of this wonder of the world, learning about its history and the advanced Inca engineering behind it.
- After the guided tour, you will begin the ascent to Huayna Picchu, the iconic mountain overlooking the citadel. The hike takes approximately an hour and a half, and from the top you will be rewarded with an impressive view of Machu Picchu and its natural surroundings.
- Afterward, we will return to the town of Aguas Calientes, where you will have enough time for lunch and to stroll around the town.
- In the afternoon, we will board the scenic train back to Ollantaytambo, where our transport will be waiting to take you to your hotel in Cusco.
Important: Entrance tickets to Huayna Picchu are limited, so it is recommended to book 2 to 3 months in advance.

DAY 05: CUSCO /CUSIPATA / MOUNTAIN OF COLORS / CUSIPATA / CUSCO
- Early in the morning, pick-up from your hotel in Cusco and drive in tourist transport to Cusipata, where you will enjoy a semi-buffet breakfast before the hike.
- We then continue to the starting point and begin the hike of approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes to Rainbow Mountain, gradually ascending to over 5,000 m a.s.l.
- At the highest point, you will have a panoramic view of Rainbow Mountain (Vinicunca), famous for its natural colored layers.
- After the visit, we descend back to Cusipata to enjoy a semi-buffet lunch.
- Finally, we return to Cusco, arriving at approximately 4:30 p.m.

Visitar el Machu Pichu ha estado en mi lista de deseos durante casi una década y finalmente sucedió! Fue una experiencia surrealista ver las ruinas en la cima de la montaña a casi 8000 pies de altitud fue nada menos que increíble! Me había sentado y mirado fijamente la vista durante más de una hora y cuando Sam, mi guía turístico dijo que era hora de irse, se sintió como si solo hubieran pasado unos minutos. Y hablando de eso, Sam fue una enciclopedia andante de Machu Pichu y toda la historia incaica y peruana. Vino preparado con un folleto para explicar los lugares y eventos clave que llevaron a cómo y por qué Machu Pichu se paró en la cima de esas montañas. El único inconveniente fue que reservé tarde y solo experimenté el punto de vista y no tuve la oportunidad de caminar dentro de la ciudad.
