TRAVEL ITINERARY

  • Early in the morning, our team will pick you up from your hotel in Cusco to begin the journey to the train station in Ollantaytambo, passing through the majestic Sacred Valley of the Incas. From there, we will board the train that takes us to kilometer 104, the starting point of the hike.
  • After registering at the checkpoint, we will begin the trek along one of the most spectacular sections of the Inca Trail. Along the way, we will visit important Inca archaeological sites and admire the area’s natural wealth: Andean mountains, canyons, orchids, and endemic birds that accompany travelers every step of the way.
  • One of the highlights will be the visit to Wiñay Wayna, an archaeological complex surrounded by agricultural terraces and ceremonial structures that connect us to the greatness of the Inca Empire.
  • We will continue along the trail until reaching the Sun Gate (Inti Punku), where one of the most memorable views of the journey opens before our eyes: Machu Picchu at sunset. The golden light of this moment will be perfect for capturing unforgettable photographs.
  • Finally, we will descend by bus to the town of Aguas Calientes, where you can comfortably rest at your hotel. Dinner will be on your own, and if you wish, you can relax at the local hot springs (optional).
