- We will be waiting for you at Jorge Chávez International Airport to give you a warm welcome and transfer you comfortably to your hotel.
- In the afternoon, we will begin our Lima City Tour, the City of Kings, exploring its cultural and historical richness. We will start in Barranco, the bohemian district of the city, where we will visit its iconic Bridge of Sighs, the traditional Hermitage, and the monument dedicated to the renowned artist Chabuca Granda.
- Next, we will head to Miraflores, a modern neighborhood with stunning views of the Pacific Ocean. We will visit the famous Love Park, a perfect spot for panoramic photos. You will also see the Huaca Pucllana, an ancient pre-Inca ceremonial center dating back to the 3rd–8th centuries A.D.
- We will then continue to Lima’s Historic Center, where you will admire majestic buildings such as the Palace of Justice, Paseo de los Héroes Navales, the French Palace, and a series of colonial constructions. At the Plaza Mayor, you will see the impressive Government Palace, the Archbishop’s Palace, the Cathedral Basilica, the Municipal Palace, and San Martín Square, symbols of Lima’s viceregal past.

DAY 2: HOTEL LIMA / HOTEL CUSCO /QORICANCHA / SACSAYHUAMAN / QENQO / PUKAPUKARA / TAMBOMACHAY
- Transfer to Lima Airport for your flight to Cusco.
- We will arrive in the iconic “Archaeological Capital of the Americas,” located at 3,350 m.a.s.l. You must be at Jorge Chávez Airport two hours prior to boarding. Upon arrival in Cusco, our team will be waiting for you with a sign bearing your name to give you a warm welcome and transfer you to the selected hotel, where you will be greeted with a revitalizing coca tea, ideal for acclimatizing to the altitude.
- After lunch, at the time indicated by your travel agent, we will begin an exciting guided tour of Cusco at 1:00 p.m., exploring the city’s main historical and archaeological sites. We will visit the imposing Temple of the Sun or Qoricancha, an ancient Inca ceremonial center fused with colonial architecture.
- Later, we will head to the impressive archaeological remains surrounding the city: Sacsayhuamán, a massive fortress built with huge stone blocks; Qenqo, an enigmatic ceremonial center; Puka Pukara, an ancient military outpost; and Tambomachay, known as the “Bath of the Inca,” where water worship ceremonies were performed.
- We will end the tour at 6:30 p.m., returning to Cusco, where you can relax and enjoy the evening in the Imperial City.

DAY 3: HOTEL / PISAC / OLLANTAYTAMBO / AGUAS CALIENTES

- At the scheduled time, we will pick you up from your hotel to begin our tour at 7:30 a.m. toward the Sacred Valley of the Incas. Our first stop will be in Pisac, a picturesque Andean town located 32 km from Cusco, famous for its archaeological legacy and vibrant handicraft markets, where you can purchase unique souvenirs and explore the impressive Inca ruins atop the mountain.
- We will then continue to Urubamba, where we will enjoy a delicious buffet lunch at Tunupa Restaurant, a cozy place with an excellent view of the river.
- After lunch, we will head to Ollantaytambo, the only Inca town still inhabited in Peru. Here, we will explore its archaeological complex, which was an important agricultural, administrative, social, religious, and military center during the Inca Empire. After the visit, you will go to the train station to travel to Aguas Calientes.
- At the scheduled time, you will board the train from Ollantaytambo at 4:36 p.m. to Aguas Calientes. Upon arrival, our team will meet you at the station and transfer you to your selected hotel, where you will rest before the great adventure to Machu Picchu the following day.

- Our first stop will be at the Church of Andahuaylillas, a 17th-century architectural gem known as the “Sistine Chapel of America” for its impressive frescoes, paintings, and gold-leaf altar.
- Next, we will arrive at Raqchi, home to the Temple of Wiracocha, an imposing Inca construction of great historical and architectural value.

- At approximately 8:30 a.m., you will begin a fascinating journey of about 6 hours towards the Colca Canyon, one of the deepest canyons in the world at 3,400 meters deep.
- On the way, we will cross Pampa Cañahuas, located within the Aguada Blanca National Reserve, a protected area where you can observe vicuñas and alpacas, the iconic South American camelids.
- The highest point of the route reaches 4,900 m.a.s.l., from where you will enjoy breathtaking views of the mountain range and the pre-Columbian terraces that are still cultivated by the descendants of the ancient Collaguas.

What to bring
- Sturdy shoes, a good raincoat, and warm clothes for the night are the only essential items. Also, wear comfortable and modest clothing for your time in Cusco. It is not necessary to bring a sleeping bag or any equipment as you will stay in hotels throughout the entire expedition.

The rules that must be respected within Machu Picchu are:
- Entry to the Inca city is from 06:00 to 16:00 hrs.
- The entry and consumption of alcoholic beverages is totally prohibited.
- Hydrating drinks must be transported in bottles (but not disposable ones).
- Food consumption is not authorized within the archaeological park.
- Pets are prohibited from entering.
- Throwing garbage within the premises is prohibited. Outside the archaeological site there are garbage containers.
- Smoking is prohibited, much less lighting fires.
- Regarding luggage, only small bags and backpacks are accepted. However, if you have a lot of luggage, you can leave it before entering the Archaeological Site in the storage facilities; the use of these involves an additional cost of 3 to 5 soles.
- Climbing the Inca walls is not allowed, much less painting or scratching them.
- It is necessary to be responsible for oneself; if you are accompanied by children, take care of them so they don’t cause mischief that could cause irreversible damage.
- Within the Machu Picchu Sanctuary you will not find restroom facilities. It is recommended to visit them before entering.
- The use of walking sticks is allowed only for elderly people or those with disabilities, and they must have rubber tips.
- Respect the signage, the Sanctuary has some prohibited access areas that you must respect and only transit through authorized zones, which are properly established and marked.
