- Next, you will experience the ritual of presence and intention. Each participant receives a card and a pen to write, in silence, what they wish to appreciate, release, or cultivate that day. This personal phrase accompanies the rest of the experience as an inner guide.
- Then comes the central moment: the preparation and serving of ceremonial cacao. Through mindful guidance, you are invited to connect with your body, gratitude, and the present moment, beyond the drink itself.
- The ceremony continues with a guided meditation. The goal is to quiet the mind, hold the written intention, and encourage a state of inner awareness, clarity, and emotional well-being.
- To deepen the integration, a sound healing session takes place. The vibrations and soundscape surround the group, relax the nervous system, and help ground the experience with greater calm and openness.
