The Ñusta Karpay is an ancestral Andean female initiation ceremony held in Killarumiyoq, the sacred Temple of the Moon. This experience connects you with lunar energy, Pachamama, and the wisdom of the noble women who guarded Inca knowledge.
Through an offering of gratitude and sacred rituals, the feminine lineage and ancestral memory are honored. It is an intimate spiritual experience that invites emotional healing, forgiveness, intuition, and inner strength.

Program 01
Ñusta Karpay Ceremony in Killarumiyoq – Half Day
Experience an ancestral Andean female initiation ceremony in Killarumiyoq, the sacred Temple of the Moon. This spiritual experience connects you with sacred feminine energy, Pachamama, and the ancestral wisdom of the Andes.
During the ceremony, an energy cleansing, guided meditation, activation of the feminine energy centers, and an offering of gratitude to Pachamama are performed. It is an intimate and transformative experience to honor the feminine lineage, strengthen intuition, and harmonize body, mind, and spirit.
Sample Schedule
- Energy preparation: cleansing with sacred Andean plants, connection with the ceremonial space of Killarumiyoq, and an introduction to the meaning of Ñusta Karpay, accompanied by an opening meditation.
- Ñusta Karpay Ceremony: activation of the feminine energy centers, meditation with lunar energy and Pachamama, spiritual work with the feminine lineage, ceremonial chants, and prayers in Quechua.
- Offering of gratitude: preparation of an Andean despacho with sacred elements, setting a personal intention and symbolically offering it to Pachamama as an act of gratitude and reciprocity.
- Closing and integration: guided reflection, emotional and energetic integration of the experience, time to share personal experiences, and return to Cusco by private transportation.
Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Cusco, Andean Welcome, and Ñusta Karpay Ceremony
Energy Preparation
We will begin with a conscious connection to the ceremonial space of Killarumiyoq. An energy cleansing will be performed with sacred Andean plants such as muña, rue, and rosemary, followed by an introduction to the meaning of Ñusta Karpay and an opening meditation to harmonize body, mind, and spirit.Main Ñusta Karpay Ceremony
During the ceremony, we will work on the activation of the feminine energy centers, known as ñustas. An Andean despacho offering will be prepared with sacred elements, setting a personal intention toward the family and spiritual lineage. This offering will be symbolically given to Pachamama as an act of gratitude, reciprocity, and release.Closing and Integration

What to Bring?
- Comfortable, warm clothing (layers recommended; the area is cold and windy)

Travel Recommendations
- Avoid consuming alcohol and stimulating substances at least 24 hours before the ceremony
- Sleep well the night before and arrive rested to fully experience the ceremony
- Arrive with emotional openness and a willingness to release what you no longer need
- Respect the ceremonial space: maintain silence and presence during the ritual
- If you are on your menstrual cycle, please inform the master; in the Andean tradition, this is a time of special feminine power
- Allow time for integration after the ceremony: avoid intense activities for the rest of the day.
