Program Overview
Arrival in Cusco
Reception and welcome in the city of Cusco. This first day will be dedicated to arrival, hotel check-in, and acclimatization to the altitude, allowing the body to gently adapt to the Andean environment.
Offering to Pachamama
We will begin the retreat with an opening ceremony and offering of gratitude to Mother Earth. The Pachamama offering will be a spiritual space to release, open the heart, and connect with the sacred energy of the Andes.
Cusco City Tour
We will enjoy a guided visit through the main historical and cultural attractions of Cusco. During the tour, we will explore temples, Inca streets, traditional squares, and spaces that preserve the living memory of the ancient capital of the Inca Empire.
Sacred Valley of the Incas
We will visit the Sacred Valley, a place surrounded by mountains, traditional villages, and archaeological sites. This day will allow travelers to discover Andean cultural richness and connect with landscapes full of history and energy.
Machu Picchu
We will visit the Inca citadel of Machu Picchu, one of the most sacred places in Peru. Through a guided tour, we will learn about its history, architecture, and spiritual connection, living a profound experience surrounded by mountains and nature.
Killarumiyoq
We will explore the archaeological site of Killarumiyoq, known as the Temple of the Moon. This energetic space is connected to Andean spirituality, fertility, and the cycles of nature.

Pisac and Sound Therapy
We will visit Pisac, a place of great cultural and energetic value in the Sacred Valley. The day will include a sound therapy experience, ideal for harmonizing body, mind, and spirit through ancestral sounds and healing vibrations.
Humantay Lake
We will hike to Humantay Lake, a natural destination surrounded by snow-capped mountains and breathtaking landscapes. This experience invites inner connection, gratitude, and direct contact with the power of nature.

Detailed Itinerary
Day 01: Welcome to Cusco + Acclimatization
Reception at the Cusco airport and transfer to the hotel. Upon arrival, a welcome coca tea will be offered. This day will be dedicated to rest and acclimatization, since Cusco is located at 11,155 ft above sea level.

Day 02: Pachamama Offering Ceremony

During the ceremony, the offering will be prepared with coca leaves, flowers, seeds, and symbolic elements. The intention of the retreat will focus on opening paths, harmonization, and energetic clarity. Afterwards, the ceremonial burning, reading of the fire signs, and meditation will take place. At the end, return to Cusco and free afternoon for personal integration.

At the end of the tour, we will board the tourist train to Aguas Calientes for hotel check-in and rest.
